Odisha Govt to set up multi skill development center at Berhampur

Having set the target of training 1 million youths in various employable skills in coming five years, Government of Odisha has now initiated steps for establishment of international standard Multi Skill Development Centers (MDC) in the state. A high level meeting to this effect was held under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary Bijay Kumar Patnaik in secretariat conference hall recently. The proposal for setting up of MDCs in the state was discussed in the meeting and it was decided that two such centers one at Jatani Khurda and the other at Berhampur, Ganjam will be set up in coming years.
