With this project Berhampur will get direct road connectivity with coastal towns like Puri, Konark and Paradip that will save considerable travel time and this Highway can well emerge as a business and Tourism corridor benefiting the state. After IISER- Berhampur this comes as the second major project approved by Modi Government for Berhampur.
