Internationally acclaimed scuba diver Sabir Bux has opined that like Barracuda in Goa and Port Blair in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Gopalpur in Odisha's Ganjam district has potential to become a destination for scuba diving and other adventurous water sports.
Bux, a three times Limca Book Of Record holder from Odisha, spent hours in the sea near old jetty of Gopalpur Port during his recent visit to the town and discovered the existence of wonderful flora and fauna, including millions of fishes and other species under the water.
