Horrific TRAFFIC PROBLEM in Brahmapur city; BJD govt failed to address the problem

In Bhubaneswar & Cuttack CMO Odisha govt is proposing 'Metro Rail', International Air Connectivity, International Infra, and International stadium etc etc. however in Brahmapur it is not even ready to approve few Over Bridges to reduce the horrific TRAFFIC PROBLEM in the city. Why? 

Neither the State Government fast-forwarding the Ring Road work, not merging sub-urban areas under BMC (where the traffic problem is worst) not it is approving flyovers at Gate Bazar, First Gate, Khallikote College and Kamapalli etc. 

Now a 'Bridge construction committee' constituted by government proposes to widen Roads now in Brahmapur & rejected flyovers at khallikote college & kamapalli. Question raises that during the last 24 yrs of BJD govt rule where this committee has gone? Why not they have approved it earlier??

It seems the Odisha government completely failed to address the horrific traffic problems in the southern Odisha city of Brahmapur. The Naveen Patnaik Govt severely neglecting Brahmapur and Ganjam District so in the near future the traffic problem not even seems to be shorted out
